Why are we (EUW) not compensated for winning rift rivals like all the previous winners?

So the one time we win rift rivals we do not get anything? Why does it feel like we never get compensated for anything? (Servers down whole time, bugs, client problems etc.)

Because your government's don't have a backbone so RIOT can cheerfully ignore you knowing your wet lettuce leaders will do nothing.
