Intentionally feeding

So today I was in a game as trundle top. I got a kill and all. Then long story short,we lost 19 to 3 kills. I got all of our kills. Our jungler disnt farm. Didnt buy jungler item and said he wil troll. Our bot lane ran into enemy the whole time. Mid goes to enemy base and int. IF I report these people. Nothing happens. Pls riot fix your inting problem.
