I'd just like to suggest that the portion of runaan's that reads

would be changed to
> UNIQUE passive - Phantom Hit: Your basic attacks fire minor bolts at 2 nearby targets, each dealing 50% AD physical damage and applying on-hit effects.
What would be the point? There is no other item in the game that has the same effect as it. Basically what it sounds like is you fought someone that had Sated Devourer and Hurricane and destroyed and want it so you can't have both.
Change it to a named unique passive? For what purpose? No other item in the game has that passive so naming it does absolutely nothing for it.
How about no.
It's so easy to counter jungle many ranged champs who go in there when they aren't meant to and to be honest, most of them won't get the money they need to be as effective in lane.
