Can you still send Player Behavior related support tickets?

I remember awhile ago, that a person could send specific support tickets to Riot, regarding player behavior. Espcially since people were trying to cheese the system by saying "Oh it's just a bad game", "We can win this", or other generic phrases, in an attempt to imply that they were sincere.

Is this still a thing? And if it is, how do I get to it?

You can but it wont do any good. All you will get is a generic bullshit response. Like this

We will investigate your report and take any actions we feel are necessary. Please keep in mind; we cannot disclose any disciplinary actions that may be taken due to privacy reasons.

Even if you were unable to use the report feature, please continue to use our in-game reporting system whenever you can. Reports you make provide us with valuable tracking information and help to escalate players to our attention for investigation. Each report brings violators of the Summoner's Code one step closer to restricted chat or suspension by our investigative audits.

Thank you for your patience and for taking time out of your day to send us this report. It is our goal to continue working towards making experiences on the Fields of Justice fair and fun for all Summoners!

Please let me know if you have any additional feedback or concerns.

sigh. If you can make through the Byzantine support site and find an option that does redirect you to the FAQ section (hint, it exists) then you're welcome to do so.

It's unlikely anything will be done though.

Thats used mostly if a person forgets to report after game or dcs or similar. If u reported person after game, thats it. Also, seems to me like u want to report someone for feeding. Only intentional (as in run to turret and let it kill u for no reason) is against rules. If a person is dumb enough to go into 5 people thinking he can kill them, thats not punishable. U can go even 1:10 but as long as you try its fine.

It's not going to do you any good. Example, the vast majority of games I've played this season so far have involved 3 intentional feeders on my team. Not only intentional feeders, but people proudly declaring they are doing so. Think the enemy team is reporting them? Nope. I check after games. Which means none of them are getting enough reports to be flagged. And btw it's not hard to tell, beyond them admitting what they are doing since you can check people's match history. Game after game, 10 deaths, 11 deaths, 15,17,etc. Riot claimed they were going to specifically weed out those type of players. Working as intended huh Riot. Assholes.

You can still report players by sending tickets! Be sure to include whatever evidence you have within your ticket to help in the review. You can submit a ticket by going to https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and creating a new ticket under
