Why is nothing being done about the ADC/Marksman role right now?

Im not here to say that every adc has to buffed or whatever, im here to ask why arent we seeing any ADC changes? For mid lane in the past couple months we saw viktor, cassio changes, kass changes, some buffs/nerfs to lb/ryze, azir buffs, cho buffs, jayce changes, the AP item changes on the PBE, etc. Meanwhile for ADC's we had the ashe rework making her a little better, cait aa bug is still in the game after months, corki nerfed multiple times, ezreal has been bad for a while, graves nerfed, jinx nerfed still somewhat playable, kalista beyond broken/perma banned, kog nerfed to hell, lucian nerfed to hell, mf unplayable, quinn is hardly an adc/unplayable, sivir good for teamfights, teemo not an adc, trist good for killing turrets, twitch nerfed terrible lane phase, urgot not an adc, varus hardly an adc, and vayne nerfed somewhat playable. Despite all of this we are seeing 0 changes to any adc's or adc items, why?

Because they already did a massive rework of ADC itemization last year, and by and large, the class is mostly fine, with only those outlier cases needing nerfs.

Because ADC/Marksman are still the RIOT's babies and they're already the most important role in the game for the past like 4 seasons? If they needed anything it's to be taken out of the meta for once so we can go back to the cheese bot lanes like blitzcrank and alistar instead of having some snot nosed adc cry all day
