Will the new boarders with division markers show your highest div. or div. at end of season?

Rank rewards are only for your currently held rank. There's no distinction between the division marker and tier reward requirements (if you got Diamond 3 but are now Plat 2, you will only get Plat 2 stuff no matter what).
