Ultimate Tilt Champion
Who is a champion who can just tilt the crap out of the enemy team by having either strong game pressure or by being able to fuck with them and play mind games?

shrooms everywhere plus laugh spam, 
This asshole is so hard to lock down, bonus points for AP shaco and boxes that hit like teemo shrooms. And last but not least 
3 CC's (grab, silence, knockup) can tilt any assassin/diver trying to get on your adc if you save them for peel, can tilt any member of the enemy team w/ a slick grab.
Shaco fits the bill, however you need to be very good with him, and his skill ceiling is quite high.
LeBlanc can do these things too; her early game is strong and she dominates lane against almost everything. Her W and passive are great mind game tools.
Heimerdinger is pretty tilting if you're against a melee champ. Same with Teemo.
Gank any lane twice within 30 seconds. Focus on splitpushing a specific lane almost arbitrarily. Lead a grand chase with JITBs and wall-hops. He's been my favorite champion for years for ONLY these reasons.
I hate these 3 champions and they tilt me, due to their mind games, esp shaco with his damn clone and boxes.
