only the first target hit by yasuo's q recieves all on-hit effects. i at first thought it was a bug, but then I hit them with a q with no one else near them, and fervor of battle finally gave me 2 stacks for the attack. also, sated devourer. shouldnt it give you the tornado after just one q? i even tried auto attacking and then qing, but nothing works.

that isnt what im saying what I'm saying is that it only applies on-hit effects on the first target hit
LostFr0st1 votesYou think it should be aoe then? It applies all the way through on the 3rd Q though (most drastically shown via lifesteal). If it was on all Qs it'd be broken no?
