'cuz they don't STOP healing. They reduce it.

It's not meant to stop healing. If it outright stopped healing that'd be broken as fuck.

It just reduces it.

It reduces healing. Just like summoner 14 item 3076 item 3165 item 3075

The problem with Mortal Reminder and Bramble Vest is that they cut 40% off healing on people who tend to have massive healing and that's it...

For example, let's take a Garen who can heal for hundreds of health a second after level 11. Mortal Reminder actually penetrates 25% of the armor, while Dominik's does 35% - the only bonus is 5 seconds of reduced healing. Problem is, if he's healing a thousand HP in a few seconds it'll turn into 600 HP - that's really not going to do much in the long run. I've used Executioner's on Tryn and Nasus and they just keep autoing/Q'ing and healing more than I can damage for.

The bottom line? We need an item similar to Spirit of the Elder Lizard in season 2/3/4 (and Van Dam's Pillager in Treeline) - does a small amount of true damage (doesn't have to be true) for 3 seconds PLUS the grievous. That way they take damage -and- get reduced healing. The point is - make sure they take damage while receiving reduced healing but unfortunately, all options are inadequate right now.
