shaco useless late game?

Hello guys, since i started playing lol (3 months ago) i decided to main shaco. I heard many times his late game is useless, however so far, for me, it has not been, i have been able to dominate late game with him (like my last game, best so far, 25-10-9, im level 13) Im building full crit with him. My question is: i am a low level right now and i have been playing nicely with him lately, will i be able to do the same in ranked games when i reach lvl 30?

If you do well right now, why wouldn't you do well at level 30? Your skill level and game knowledge increases with everygame that you play, there's no reason for you to become worse over time, really.
