Lefties, do you play League differently?

I know the game is based around the standard (meta, if you will) of mouse on right side of computer, and left hand on QWER keys. Do lefties play with the mouse on the left side, and right hand on UIOP?

I'm a lefty and I do it just like you, with mouse on the right in my right hand. Despite I do everything else with left, obviously. I know several other lefties but none of them use a mouse on the left. As mouse on the right is ubiquitous everywhere you go, we just got used to it as it is the easier option. You don't need as delicate hand movement to use a mouse - as you use it from arm and wrist mostly - then like writing or tying your shoelaces, brushing your teeth, whatever. It isn't really more demanding than typing on the keyboard with your other hand, so, as I see, it's really just about how you got used to it.

no, most of us have needed to adapt to a right handed world. for me, the only problem I have is when I'm trying to write. if I'm pencilling in something, the graphite smears. Ink, i get ink residue on my hands when writing.

In school, the teachers would smack our hands with a meterstick if we weren't fast enough to move our hands...some adapted and forced themselves to learn right handedness.

But there's some players who use the numberpad (1,4,5,6....7/9 summs with 0 being the ping hotkey) with the left mousing.

Yep, I'm right handed with everything except the computer so I play left handed and I play the way you described in your post with UIOP.
