Make Ghost less effective on mages and nerf junglers

Ghost makes mages more reliable assassins due to the mobility it gives. Furthermore, it has essentially outclassed every other summoner sans Flash for every mage in the mid lane. Can we either make Ghost melee only or nerf it for ranged champions (e.g. 5 minute CD if the champion is ranged or no moving through units)? Hopefully, this will help assassins not named LeBlanc find a place in the meta.

Also, high elo players and professionals have all pointed out how junglers are franklly a bit OP right now. Could something be done to lessen their influence on the early game, like nerfing/removing the jungle/XP steroid? Advantages in lane are pretty much nullified, which diminishes laning as a skill.

Ghost won't be made melee only, because it doesn't interact directly with champions basic attacks.

Have you lost your mind? Ghost has struggled to be relevant, and now it has at least minor recognition and you're begging for nerfs.

Every summoner spell should be as usable as Flash, Ignite, TP, or Flash. When another one finally is, this is a good thing, not something to ruin.
