Hey you remember why Golbal ults have long ass Cooldowns?

First of all this doesn't make sense.

Second Quinns ult isn't global.

Then apparently Nid and elise have global ultis too

yeah i fucking hate golbal ults

It would be trash if its cooldown was lengthy. It's a bargain basement version of TF's ult if it doesn't have no CD.
