What the fuck is wrong with you riot? Yasuo already has a low winrate and I can't even enjoy him in 3v3 ranked now with my friends?! Who the fuck decided that it was a good idea to change item 3104 ? Your game is not unique, you are not creative, stop shitting on the items just because they are in 3v3, what is this stupid bleed effect supposed to do? Criticical strike = BURST. That is the entire purpose, this isn't an MMORPG where you can add bleed effects and say, hurr durr, that sure is useful for DPS and raids!

GTFO, return item 3104 stats to what they were or make the bleed effect STACK.
