Sated devourer and the abusers (QQ inside)

Recently played my 2nd match in my 2nd set of promos to plat 4 today and the enemy team had an udyr. I main Shaco and as such I invade or do early ganks to set people behind, I nearly killed udyr and I stole his blue and proceeded to gank lanes, getting first blood on their toplane Swain .
So Udyr does nothing but farm for 18 minutes and come out of the jungle with item 3930 and a item 3057 and can now kill anyone with little to now chance to fight him. Later in the game he can run up to any turret with only item 3078 item 3930 item 3009 item 3110 and can destroy any turret due to the turret nerfs. I can understand opening up split pushing more, but with the devourer crap going on now, anyone can destroy any tower then kill whomever comes to kill them, regardless of being bhind by quite a bit.

I made the comment as they destroyed our nexus turrets, "tbh any game with a Sated abuser is a bg"... This Udyr replies "then dont play Shaco "... That's like telling Froggen to now play Anivia ever again, or anyone to stop playing their main simply because the new OP bs is so overpowering that others get crowded out.

what is to be done about this abomination?! item 3930 item 3931

LOL a shacco player complaining about things not being fair.

Shaco is pretty much the champion who excels at early dominance and then falls off as the game progresses.

Complaining about getting outscaled kind of misses the entire point of picking Shaco.

You can't pick earlygame champs in today's meta as games last longer.

You have an early advantage? Well, too bad your earlygame champ falls off hard while the enemy sated jungler is just getting started. This is an effective 4vs5...

If you're playing Shaco you're playing to crush the early game. Your entire goal is to set the enemy team so far behind that this doesn't hapen, you should have been taking camps and being an utter pain in the arse before he completed his devourer. The fact that he had it at 18 minutes means you weren't making the attempts to shut him down you should have been or those attempts were unsuccessful.

You had a 5v4 for 18m. You should have pressed that advantage.

Looking at http://champion.gg/champion/Udyr he is not that special case. Well he is not badly placed either, frankly, but at least with our numbers i can' t assess if he is really that OP. He also has a good play rate, which means that many play him and play him well, so it' snot the case of people like Azir that is played by those that can' t quite play him well.

It does not remove the fact that the procs are absurd soemtimes, i agree, but it doe snot allow him to do much and lessens his impact on all other lanes. Sure tower siege damage is big tho.

Frankly, even with the big abusers i am amazed on how the devourer is actually quite balanced - powerful, but balanced - and i believe some work should be done to make it more appateable to other champions while softing its own power - like reducing on hit damage and as but requiring less stacks, or something of the likes.

EDIT: just adding that i am only a silver scrub and ir ecognize that, just speaking by the little objective evidence i have and with some reason.
