Resolve gives scaling HP - How come the other trees do not grant scaling stats?
Maybe if other trees didn't give you full stats at level one, early burst/damage creep could be fixed??

A lot of precision stuff is scaling, or at least takes time to come online.
Sorcery has the scaling rune of Gathering Storm, as well as Manaflow band, which takes time to come fully online.
Domination has the entire 3rd row, as well as Eyeball Collection and Dark Harvest.
Inspiration actually is the only one without a notably scaling rune in it.
Health was flat, but it gave too much early game tanking power but became irrelevant in late game; hence scaling was added.
