Where's The List of Riot's Favorite Champs?

Zoe, Irelia, Camille, Leblanc, broken for months and get "slap on the wrist" nerfs to 100% make sure they don't overnerf (but who cares if its undernerfed lol)

A non-meta champ is good one patch and suddenly "we're looking at it closely" or get nerfed immediately

Where's the list of champs that rito will always keep OP and have bias for? I gotta main one of those.
