"Possible" yes.

You can use him in mid and top (top better due to grass for passive) with a corrupting potion, but mid is risky since range kills him and there is so much happening in mid (ganks, teamfights, wards ruining passive, etc) The other issue is no one is isolated because of minions waves. You can pick your ganks without minion waves while jungling, but in your own lane where you're farming, you're not going to have enough burst.

Thanks, it seems like he should be decent in a lane. guess i haven't played him much though
