seriously how in the world is any adc supposed to survive against a zed yasuo talon etc when he has this item? already the full combo of those champs will almost kill an adc. WITH THIS ITEM you are dead. playing adc "season 6 - the adc season" is over. when this item comes out i wouldnt be surprised if the lcs players stop playing adcs on bot lane. seriously this item is OP!!! its insane i dont get it...

with an autoattack you mark the target for 2 sec and when the time is over, 25% of the targets missing hp will it take as dmg. imagine this on zed, whos ult needs 3 sec. OR ANY OTHER ASSASSIN

If you want to be able to just delete people in 2-3 seconds, just go assassins (or

as top mostly all can counter assassins except the carry ones like

the hate on assassins comes from their strengh they are strong early and powerfull mid game if they snowball they are also strong in late game also it comes from solo queue you are most of the time alone on your lane,sometimes the jungler comes or rarely the other ones this results in an easy lane for assassins
but im not a fan of how riot are going forward with them
mages are far underpowered in the laning phase because their "defense" items are expensive while 
is cheap
so i hope riot will give the mage some love with their planned class update around summer
