Give Evelynn back her %max Hp
why does kled have % hp damage? Isn't that just asking for the next ekko/fizz
I'm not going to do some big massive wall of text on this one; I posted the link of the thread that basically sums up why you took away Eve's %hp dmg, and, now, you are saying it was okay for her to have it because she had to build dmg.
TL;DR: Riot, based on the comments in the linked thread, you have no reason NOT to give Eve back her max hp dmg on her ult. Hell, make it single-target if that matters, but this is some serious hypocritical logic on 'the standard' these days vs what you did to her.
