jDVL20eCYs1 votesi wihsd they changed her e to magic damage. runglaive pre change made ap evelyn playable its still is kind a but it just plain weak compared to other champs. make e do magic and maybe change the ap ratios to 0.8 or 0.9 in compensations. make her url scale slight better with ap and she might even can lane again. why not give her shield a ap ratios and nerf base. i prefer ap eve instead of this tank thing. more counter play and much more interesting game play. since tanky eve just ults out of stealth and spam auto attack mindless. ap eve have to to play much more risky.
