Two stuns. Zenith Blade only roots the last champion it hits until she arrives. They can still do damage. The passive is also completely useless if she's alone. This is why she's rarely played in roles other than support.

She is a support after all. You complain about 3 stuns with a long-range engage that requires good timing and provides very little of her own damage, so if she's caught on a bad engage she's melted in a 5v1 over Thresh who provides total lack of control over your champ's position for a total of over 3 seconds. How does it make sense that a short-range stun is worse than forcibly repositioning you?
No complaint about a hook, knockback, potential multi-target slow or containment area for a series of ults like Orianna's Shockwave, scaling AP and armor infinitely and a great AD ratio on said knockback?
