I don't mind anything in his kit, or the look of the champ. Really I have no complaints about the new rework... Aside from a minor gripe.
Sion's character model is too damn big.
Was he not a human before being made into FrankeNoxus? It wouldn't seem that way considering he makes minotaurs, yetis, dragons, and mech suits look tiny.
I find it really annoying and distracting.

Sion is supposed to be that big, and Riot has said the reason he is so much bigger is because all those other champs (minotaur, rock monster, tree, etc.) are just small because when they were originally released, everything was smaller. They said that once those other guys get VUs, they will be at least comparable in size. Also, Sion is described in his lore as being a giant of a man who towered over every other man in Noxus—case closed.
