Please nerf either Setts W or his passive...

Both of these together is outrageous, my first game on him, got an S, every single game weather hes on my team or enemy team, hes going 20-30/5/0-20 and no one can solo him. Makes it worse when you got a pyke on your team that hooks him into your team when your all running away, then he just R's you to your backline, and when your whole team goes to melt him, he gets a maxed passive and almost one shots your entire team with his W, its a mini Senna ult, only his still does dmg outside of the center, like alot, even missing youre still getting an equal or better dmg trade, and its not fair cuz every other champ has to actually aim a skill shot, he just yeets a direction and guaranteed hit for the same or greater dmg...... the rest of his kit is fine, but that W+passive is nuts, just nerfing his W would probably balance him.
not to mention, maxed, his cooldowns are nuts so that W is spammable.
