And simply poking him and letting it go down is out of the option if hes on top of you, u have no choice but to fight him when thats the last thing you wanna do is raise his passive. literally got an S my first game on him

I expect the shield and passive thing will just end up the same as Sylas shield and heal thing. A shield protects you while you heal up in the middle of your combo meaning even if you are low you win the trade, right?
Dodge to the side of the skillshot to massively reduce damage taken. Hes also a juggernaut.... you dont fight him 1v1. You teamfight and make him utterly useless.
