You have to start Doran's ring and Max E. On your first back, get a second Doran's ring, and THEN start building your normal tank build. The doran's rings will allow you to clear waves and/or poke the shit out of Yasuo. Protip: Yasuo's windwall can't block Minions thrown at him with your E. The two rings will also allow you to sustain your mana infinitely as long as you don't overuse your other abilities

also just always be aware of his q. Yas's love to poke with that. try to read it. majority of yas's always use the q in the same direction trying to read where youre going to move for example; he will aim slightly underneath you the first time, if it hits he will typically aim the same place throughout the entire laning phase(this is valid until about lower plat elo then you find wiser players). Also be very aware of the location of your minions. Most people that play yas look for those miniions to initiate because its an easy escape and/or attack route to keep bashing you. Once you get to about 2 full items of tank you should have nay issues.
