I'm cool with surrender @ 10 seeing as how Riot wants matches to be over by the 20-30 minute mark now.

Instead of taking away Surrendering, we should instead take away gained RP/IP/XP for any Feeders/Trolls who surrender. Like, if they pass a certain boundary of deaths-per-minute, and they're considered a Feeder by that ratio, then they have non-existent RP/IP/XP gain after the match, and automatic reporting. Same with DC'd summoners, except the amount gained is severly reduced instead of outright erased, and the amount taken off depends on the amount of time DC'd.

I think 20 is a fair number. People always get so upset when early game some gets 2-5 kills on the enemy team, so they stop trying. I like that they make you keep trying until 20. I've had my fair share of stomps too. It just happens.
