Definitely not Fervor of Battle, but adjusted to the lesser power of current keystones.
Basic attacks grant stacks of Fervor, giving 0.7-7 AD based on champion level. (maximum 8 stacks, stacks twice as fast if melee)

and? do you want them to give you the first thing that they come up with regardless of how useful it'll be? or do you want a good keystone? they are working on one and have been telling us about it's progress and it's quite likely it'll come in the 8.4 patch.

i would just pick something else. Would i be annoyed? yes but i would also not want them to give me the first stupid thing that they come up with if it wasn't 100% certain that it would actually help enchanters. I do not give a damn about keystones that wouldn't actually be helpful to me. You can be annoyed all you want. Demanding something isn't going to make it come faster. It's already in the works and it's going to come within the next few patches. You whining and complaining about it won't change that. Why don't you actually use your time and give them opinions in what you want to see in a bruiser keystone that won't just be used by tanks and abused by tanks or other damage dealers way better than they could on bruisers
