Matchmaking is really starting to baffle me..

The Tristana is my other account and ALL of my games are weighted like this. I'm still winning most of them (like 60% or so) so I don't care about that, but why is this even possible? I've been through 2 promo series in the last day (and I won) and I'm still only climbing 1 division at a time while I have to beat full Plat teams to progress. Seems kinda one sided. Why should losing to Plats have any bearing on whether or not I'm Silver 1 material?

Again, not mad cause it's not like I can't compete, but others may not be able to and this matchmaking would severely hinder their ability to have fun in League.

Check your MMR. If it's high because you created another account you're getting plenty of compensation for being against those players. You lose less LP than you gain and vice versa. You're matched based on your MMR and not based on your rank.

None of the checkers would quote me because of the few number of recent games. But you ARE right about the LP, I gain like 30 and only lose 13. But if my MMR is high enough to warrant Platinum enemies why am I promoting 1 division at a time in Silver? And why did it even land in Silver to begin with?

Serious questions, not QQ or mad or anything. Legitimately don't understand.

UPDATE: whatismymmr.com is now quoting me at Gold 1 (1,414 on that site) and na.op.gg is now quoting me at 1,695. So I guess it is bonkers for Silver.
