He's recommended to be a mage jungler but rune glaive doesn't synergize with him as well as other AP jungle choices (Diana, Gragas, Nidalee, etc.). He should get some kind of pick me up to compensate for this. If Riot wants to take him away from his proposed jungling meta they should strengthen his other two roles: Mid lane & Support.

Fiddlesticks needs some reason to get picked in games other than "He's a good noob jungler to start out with if you don't like Warwick or Amumu."
