Need help in ranked badly

Is there anybody that can help me with ranked? By that I mean tips and/or someone actually going in my game in helping me. I recently got demoted into Bronze b/c I'm that BAD. So all I'm asking for is someone who can help me climb back. IMO it's hard to climb. And yes I'll accept people judging me for being in Bronze.

Well you got the right attitude for someone wanting to climb.

I can give some quick tips but take my words with a grain of salt (only silver 1)

  • Try to play solo laners

  • If you kill 3-4 enemies mid/late game, don't chase for the last few kills but instead focus on getting towers, baron, or drag. Objectives > Kills

  • Play easy champs. But also...

  • Find a champ that works for you and main it. If you go 6/0 every game as AD malzahar top, by all means keep playing it. For bronze through silver never worry about "viability"; whatever gets you wins is viable.

  • Watch streams and youtube videos of professionals playing the champs you like. Seeing someone else break down a situation can help demonstrate what should be going through your mind when making decisions.

  • Be adaptable. Be able to play any role decently, but you only need to main 2-3 champs. Also, don't flame if you don't get what you want, and just don't flame in general.

  • Whenever you die ask yourself what you could have done better, then think about what you can do to avoid it

  • Whenever you lose a game think of what went wrong and how you can avoid that. It might be helpful to record yourself so you can go back and watch yourself.

  • Avoid playing when tilted. If you're in a bad mood from something that happened earlier that day (doesn't have to be league related), avoid playing ranked. Sometimes you just need to go a few days without league to recollect yourself. I don't think I'm going to play ranked for another day or two because I had two consecutive games that went horribly bad and I want to get it out of my head.

Wow, you actually spent time on commenting to a noob like me. It's appreciated and I'll take your ideas into consideration!

lol-coaching.com is a great resource to get free coaching for whatever role you play. I'm definitely willing to help you if I can, though I don't claim to be a great player. I recommend you download a replay program like SkinSpotlights Replay or LolReplay and watch replays of your ranked games. This really helped me identify my own mistakes. This also allows you to send replays to other people with the same program so they can help you identify mistakes you make.

Looking at your stats on op.gg:

  1. Your CS per minute is very low. You very rarely break 5 CS per minute. I would recommend going into custom games and just practicing last hitting.
  2. Your damage to champions is less than I expect for the champions you play. Even when you stomp a game you pretty much never lead your team in damage to champions. Why this is happening is very hard to tell without watching your replays but it is most often caused by being out of position in team fights so that you either die too soon or have to spend most of the fight fleeing rather than dealing damage.
  3. Your KDA, while not horrible, is not great either. You should be looking to achieve an average KDA of >3. Furthermore, your KDA game to game swings widely. You have many games where your KDA is very low and then a few games where your KDA is extremely high. The root cause for this is also difficult to assess but it is most commonly caused by not understanding when you have an advantage and not properly warding. Try to keep a closer eye on the minimap, don't chase for kills into areas where you don't have wards, and never try to solo an opponent that you don't have a gold and level advantage against.

Like I said, I'm willing to help if I can. Hit me up sometime or if our schedules aren't matching up you can check out some of my games on my youtube channel. I try to play a wide range of champions and explain my logic and reasoning during games. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2EZm50wNGmfJal7IHM_b8Q
