What are Twisted Fate's cards made out of?
They can penetrate animals, metal, rock, etc. So what are they made out of? Magic? Steel? Hextech craft?

I'm no lore expert, but I have these, and they're made of paper. Pretty sure they're just a replica though, 'cause I can't do all the fancy stuff he can do. I can just throw these and mildly annoy people. >_>

They're basically regular cards which he infuses with River Man magic. Lorewise we've only seen him making them explode, so no stuns or magic restoration (yellow card, blue card) so far. He can also flicker any of them through his fingers to visualize where he wants to teleport.
Graves' tears
So the body of each card is made of a sort of magic infused steel, which is hollow. He makes sure to have some sharper diamond dust infused steel on the edges to stay sharp and penetrate. Each is weighted just right for throwing, and as long as he applies force, he can cut through you.

I'd assume that he, being someone with a decent bit of magical power, infuses each card with magic as he throws it, allowing it's already thin design to be deadly and cutting, rather than just mildly annoying. Also how he has the AoE and stunning cards with his W, just a myriad of personal enchantments imbued on the cards as they're thrown.
Im sure they are normal cards, infused with his magic.He seems to infuse all kimd of cards with magic very quickly, as he uses his magic in every single card game
