Man, tanks are just good because they deal a bunch of damage right now. 
doesn't really let tanks stand there and never die. Where's my preseason where tanks are op because they're just unkillable?? I want to be a RAID BOSS dang it
But this time, ADC's are just as strong (albeit with a few tank counters, which is fine in itself. It's not like the tanks don't have non-ADC counters anyway).
Anyway, Garen and Darius aren't tanks, but bruisers. There is a difference, and my god everytime someone forgets that is when they're complaining about their damage. Compare them to Sejuani. That's why they deal more damage.

darius, garen and mundo arent even tanks. tahm isnt hard to catch, and rammus and malphite dont have health sustain.
with a lot of fantasy, calling his ult an escape and his shield a heal, the only one who can do all of this is malphite.
so id say none of them.
Only two of those champions are real tanks and they directly counter the meta right now.
Tahm is just incredibly overtuned and needs nerfs in general.
