New season ranking system questions

SO i was mid silver pre season and now i win 6 out of 8 placements and get low bronze. I went from having decent games where players knew how to play and i would get team mates that at least have SOME mastery in there champs they pick to players not even knowing how to play.

Now id be lucky to get players that are not trying a champ out for the first time. I'm losing games with with team scores 3 to 20 where we have to FF consistantly.

Why is this going down? why did i get put into games with players who don't know basics or even how to play there champ at all.

To me the games are so bad and unbalanced in skill its ridiculous. I'm not even excited about playing at all. its actually sad and frustrating.....

Doesn't seem like a good way to start the season. Am i missing something? Are new patches supposed to make the game better and more fun or?
