the rune Ravenous Hunter is not working (no healing)

I tested Ravenous Hunter on Ashe's abilities and no healing what so ever was found. I tested on a dummy and minions. All of ashe's abilities have no healing with the rune Ravenous Hunter. I saw there was a post from November that someone mentioned the same thing. Anyone else find this to be true?
