No more Dragon RNG
So I've heard that Riot likes to keep the RNG in the game to a minimum. That said, dragons are all random. How bout set up a dragon system, where they come one after the other. No having 3 air dragons in a row. Also instead of having elder spawn at 35 mins have it spawn only after every drag has been killed. And since each dragon is only spawning once(besides elder) Have them give their 2nd buff reward. Such as, and in order of spawn:
Cloud- Stratus Walk: +50ms out of combat. Ocean- Heart of the Ocean:8% missing HP and Mana every 8 seconds out of combat Infernal-Infernal Tribute: 16% increased AD and AP Mountain-Earthen Arms: 20% additional Damage as true damage to epic monsters and structures.
