Playing Against Level 30 Accounts While NOT 30 Isn't Fair.

So if there is one thing I truly have to bitch about, it's playing against a level 30 account with runes on my level 23 alternate(will be main soon) account.

I think it's unfair, and in most games, the level 30 scores 10+ and is unkillable due to having an advantage in runes and masteries. This should be a bannable offense as far as I'm concerned because I look at it as "boosting" in other words, helping their friend level faster, get more IP, champ xp while you get shit.

Most of these level 30's just suck, so they gotta play with a lowbie friend (most likely also a smurf) to feel special, then they start insulting you after the game "TOO EZ... TOO EZ" that seems to be the motto of league afterall.

Had a game today where you had this level 30 account Shaco destroying people boosting his Heimerdinger friend lol(yeah heimerdinger smurf as if that takes skill) both of them talking shit saying "too ez, very easy". Funny that game, someone on my team kept disconnecting, and there was just baddies all around.....

two matches later, I am against the same guys tho I reported them. Funny cause this time there was a level 30 boosting his friend on my team. He picked darius and ended up going like 24-0 against these losers. Heck, I'm level 23, scored more kills with Ekko over the easy mode heimerdinger, and did better than the level 30 dude(playing ziggs lol) who I had to mid against, even killing him twice and giving up only one kill to him.

I think honestly we need to put a restriction level 30's playing with under level's. I don't care what restriction, but there needs to be one like you can only play up to 5 matches per day with under leveled accounts. I'd be happy if they couldn't play with lowbies in general, it's boosting in my eyes, and almost in every other game boosting is looked down upon and is a violation to lots of policies.

runes and masteries are important, but unless you're of relatively equal skill to that person, they arent going to affect the outcome. skill trumps masteries and runes every time. by saying most of them suck, if you're losing to them, then you aren't much better (though you may be slightly better or worse). the simple fact is, if you have the skill advantage, you're gonna win. if you have a similar skill level to the level 30, then that's where the runes and masteries make the difference. so saying they suck doesnt say much about yourself losing to them

The real problem lies in riots rune/mastery system, not with skill level. And no, people playing with a lower level friend in no way shape or form should ever be a bannable offence

It good for you believe it or not. Teaches you how to lane vs strong opponents and helps you to improve. If you play ranked every now and then you get the " smurf " here and there and yes he is going to eat your face unless of course he is a poser.
