625 max range of her spells and autos, even Zed outranges her. (yes, positioning and range is part of counterplay)
to protect the flash+Tibbers stun, but that can't be considered 0 counterplay because everyone has access to flash, and if the immobile and squishy mage known as Annie uses flash to pull off that combo, she has no escapes at all.

IcyPepper1 votesZed can work, but I believe Annie counters him. Katarina will get shat on, and I'm not even sure how Yasuo would fair, especially if Annie rushed Zhonyas and ROA and became tanky and bursty as hell.
