New Champion Select Improvement Request

Oftentimes I'll be typing or messaging someone or messing with masteries or even on a seperate browser window during ban phase and I won't notice it is my turn to ban until the 9 second tick happens. This never happens during champ select phase though, so might there be a way to either make it as noticable as champ selection or do like, a single tick noise at 20 seconds or something just to bring attention to it?
