Soo about nidalee...?

I know winrates arn't the most dispositive stat (depending on the tier) but we are talking 60%+ winrate on gold and above. I Kinda assumed that 5.4 would tone down her ability to proc her hunt passive multiple times which is allowing her to insta clear camps, apparently I was wrong. I'm curious through, does Nidalee have the fastest clear?
