I know this puts you in a bit of an ethical bind, sure adding that last RP would certainly be considered quite good of you...but... it does mean adding, perhaps even condoning, another Bard player to the Rift... I leave it to you.
ps. I actually think Bard is pretty good, it's just a matter of knowing when to roam (rarely) and when to stay in your lane (98% of the time).
You can contact Riot Support and they will ask you to draw something League of Legends related, then they will happily add 1 RP to your account. I don't know if they do that anymore or not, but it is worth a try!
