Ok riot, WHAT?! What the fuck makes you think cho'gath of all champions needs a buff? Literally over 3/4 of the champions in the entire game could use a buff more than he could! He is already extremely good! I don't know what Riot's problem is with wanting tanky champions that do a lot of damage, but you are literally right now seeing what that does to the game. Darius is basically perma banned at all elos, and the other juggernauts aren't far behind... Why do you keep buffing champs that don't need it? All of the juggernauts besides skarner, veigar, and now cho'gath. It's just going to be the same thing. There are SO many champions that were once powerful and got gutted, only to sit at the bottom of the win rates for months on end, and you buff cho'gath... JUST WHY?!

How do I put it? I'd be waaaayyy more concerned about the Marksmen changes, as they kinda look.. very scarier.

Eh, hopefully they change IE. I swear if they fix everything but the core problem again... They always do this too, so I wouldn't be surprised if they left IE how it is. The only reason I can see to keeping it in the game is not knowing (or having to figure out) how to balance the other items around not having the extra crit damage. There is NO reason to keep a completely RNG based crit system in a game that people can win millions of dollars on. Honestly, the adcs are really bad in genereal except for a set few that are dominating the rest. Hopefully this can at least bring back less safe adcs that have been pushed out of the meta by juggernauts. If the hyper carry adcs turn out to be too op, they just nerf things like trist and jinx, I think the adcs will be in a more powerful and definitely deserved spot after the changes.

Making a big fuss over what was a minor buff. If it turns out to be too strong, they can always reduce numbers. (Besides, with how his ult works, it was such a needed change. It always felt crappy to use ult on champions if you need stacks.)

It's less the actual buff itself and more just the idea of buffing a champion that is already strong. There are SO many champions that could use a buff more than him. It doesn't make any sense to me why they would buff him.
