I'm literally about to flip out on these people who don't have a clue what they're talking about. 80% of these games where I picked Bard mid, everyone screams nonsense and says "troll pick" and I just ignorein game and look what the ending result is.

I know, the saying "anything can get you out of bronze," but the last game I did was a Silver game. When I've played with Golds and Platinums who also said it didn't work, I play them a game and immediately they changed their tune. I sometimes play Bard just to hear what people say when I click on a random discord link because it's hilarious.

bard is so much fun and actually hits really hard once he's collected enough peeps. I didn't know he was able to mid though, that's pretty neat! I'll have to try it.

Yeah, before his buff and I played him in the mid lane he just BARELY was able to stay in lane since he didn't have his clear until 25 meeps, I was so glad when they changed it to 15.

To be fair, once there was a time where your entire team would be toxic even if you went to the "meta" Role. GG BARD SUPPORT 2v1. FF FA**T PICKED TRASH BARD. Etc etc. But us bard lovers know to not let the salt get to us as we enjoy the magical journey up the ranked ladder.

Bard can do well as full AP/AD because people will heavily underestimate his damage. Having a hex tech protobelt works really well to increase his burst

Do you realize this is bronze and i could win lane against any champion playing ad soraka right? Do you realize that this is suboptimal as fuck and that you were a complete burden for your team right? Do you realize that in bronze is not a team winning but rather a team losing on purpose right? Do you realize that you average a CS per minute of 3 and it's a complete garbage score that shows that you basically weren't playing the game right? Do you realize that nothing matters except what you bring to the table to help your team win right? Do you realize that you're not playing the game for fun or for the game's sake but just for attention whoring right? Do you realize that you don't know rotations and this is shown by your awful creep score because if you knew what happens at lv7 you would get an average of 6-7 cs per minute without much effort right? Do you realize that a mid laner is supposed to be able to shove waves and this besides allowing to reach high cs just by oneshotting a wave means that bard is complete garbage because you don't have any waveclear and even with luden's it's pretty lackluster? Do you realize that i could win the game against a bard mid without attacking him once by any means just by shoving his wave in and let the minions do the job for me right? Do you realize that you were trolling and you should stop doing that immediately? Yes, I just said so in the comments.
No I wasn't a burden for my team. In fact, I spent less time farming just to gank bot lane, preventing the enemy ADC from getting fed which happens every game. And when they did get fed I knew how to counter-build and counter-play them in a team fight.
Umm, no?
First of all, if I just sat at my lane and cs'd WHILE the lane was pushed, I would get nothing out of my kit and the lane would eventually fall. Second of all, Bard is a support, therefore, you support your team. Haven't you even considered his passive? if you're roaming to get meeps for absolutely no reason while your team doesn't need to be assisted, (which is why you grab the meeps on the way to their lane in the first place) THEN you should stay in your lane. CS-ing only REALLY matters when your team doesn't need help, you're behind, or the minion wave is pushed on your side. Under no circumstances was I behind in any of these ranked games where I didn't farm.
That's what I've been doing, lol. It's how I won these games.
Uhh, yes I am playing the game for fun, and I'm doing it in ranked. Ranked is not suppose to be "fun" but when it is, you'll have a good time whether you're losing or not, which so far, I haven't lost a single game since the Bard buffs.
I've been at almost every single dragon fight, baron fight, enemy bottom turret, AND enemy top lane turret when they fell.
Sure Bard may not be able to take down turrets in the early game but you're VERY wrong about the wave clear potential. You gain wave clear at around 7 minutes in game and since he basically has 2 meeps at all times he doesn't have a problem like he used to.
I like to see you try. It's what people like you that make mistakes when they say I have no damage but once I get my first two items literally NO ONE can kill you.
If I was trolling, I'd feed, be toxic, make stupid plays, and/or ult our team instead of theirs, I wasn't trolling.
You're putting words in my mouth, buddy. I've played this game a lot longer then some of the golds and platinums that have been playing this game and believe me, I know my stuff. I choose to not play ranked because there's so many damn hypocrites that like to say whatever the hell they want to get attention. This doesn't change the fact that the meta is constantly changing, people under estimate some champions like Urgot and Azir because they're VERY cs reliant and VERY position reliant, because they constantly play champions that have little to no skill floor.
