Dear Riot, please let me play the game.

I know you guys are a billion dollar company and don't care about your players, but can you at least make the game playable? Ever since the new patch my fps is either freaking out going from 7 to 20 to 100, or I get giant ping spikes up to 700. Why don't you want to fix it? I'm not the only person who gets this, and you're really taking your sweet time fixing it.
