Actually didn't deserve a ban for this.

Yeah I was banned for two weeks before. I had a bad week and even worse week in league but I tried to be better about it. This game I just played, I had some booster on my team. Cool free win right? Well bot lane got ganked and then twitch just gave up. Annoying, then our mid laner (booster) died to a gank or something and then he just gave up too. This was like 5 minutes in the game. Vlad full on leaves and twitch just complains how everyones stuck D5 or something.

My chat log wasn't even offensive. What else is there to do when you're playing support and half the team isn't playing? This vlad just laughs and says "it's not my account I don't care" I didn't call anyone bad words or anything. I could understand if I said anything from my previous ban, which was sort of messed up. But this? How is this even that bad. The Trndamere on my team said the N word. I sure hope he got banned too. Everyone but J4 in that game deserves a ban, at least I tried to play the game.

Probably won't do anything, but I feel like this offense is really light for a PERMANENT ban. You see chat logs like this like nearly every game.

It has been about 2-3 weeks since your 14 day suspension and you quickly turned back to negative, non-constructive communications. Things like commenting on how people don't deserve to rank up, saying they're not good repeatedly, reminding them they lost lane 500 times (exaggeration), and telling them you'll "make sure they lose" are negative and abusive.

And I can almost guarantee you that not everyone chats like you do. There's a fine line between trash talk and flaming/abuse, and you leaped past it. Most people stay on the side of trash talk.

^All of this counts as insults to your teammates, unfortunately. This sort of behavior is not respectful, not polite, not constructive, and not acceptable.

Literally everything you said after "are you that tilted" was an insult or an argument. Toxicity, by Riot's definition, has little to do with "bad words" other than hate speech. It has to do with intent and frequency. You spent the majority of this game constantly doing your best to make your teammate feel bad about themselves, which is enough to trigger a punishment for unsportsmanlike conduct/harassment. And since you were on your final warning due to a previous two-week ban, this gets you a perma.

It sucks that your teammate seemingly gave up on the game, but you had the option to either mute and report him and move on with your life, or try some sort of diffuser/encouragement to get him back in the game. It's not impossible to un-tilt a teammate. It IS much harder if you go out of your way to antagonize them, though.
