It is completely unnecessary when champions top lane like Gnar, Teemo, or in some cases Kogmaw who build this item and make any champion that has no fucking dash completely fucked. If they auto you once when you don't have flash, well haha, you just got outplayed. In no way is this fun and interactive, it should be a melee only item.

Plenty of people I've faced play around it just fine.
