Does heal scale with windspeekers blessing?
I would like to know, because wouldnt it be better for adc to take 
and support 
then?

it does but the adc likes doesn't always have the support, and is going to help him in more situations than .
I'd also not trust the support with heal, unless i have ghost or something
Not to sure, but I don't think it does. You wouldn't want to grab heal anyway if your ADC has it because of the diminished effect.
