This would fall under OP, becuase unlike Shunpo or Jax's hop, J4's is an AoE damage+knock-up CC.
If his pull didn't deal damage or knock-up, I'd agree to let him use it on wards.
Demacian Standard lasts 8 seconds.
Ward lasts 180 seconds, or until killed.
Basically gives him a free, permanent out, as well as cutting part of the mana cost of that dash. Also, did you know that, due to the mechanics of Jarvan's E-Q, it's actually not prevented by snares?
It more defeats he purpose of him all inning with that combo and makes his jump cool down as long as his q not his e resulting in riot having to increase the cool down of his q to gate it instead of e witch allowed them to keep a good amount of damage on his q.

Ward hpping needs to go. So OP.
Would be overpowered even if J4 did need a buff. And he doesn't--he's quite strong as is.
It just doesn't make sense and seems totally redundant when you have an ability designed to already work like that but better (Last I checked, flag toss has better range than a ward, and doesn't have near as long a cool down). J4 is in a really healthy/strong spot right now, and these changes don't really have any purpose.
