She will still be broken after this, her kit is cancerous

i have suspicions that the nerfs aren't enough, but i hold hope, in many cases, it isn't the R AD that gives her the ultimate killing ability, the MS is more potent and her W is always too good for how simple it is to proc.
its -10/20/30 damage on her ult, relic shield got nerfed, and her base attack speed got lowered.

You just hate vayne. I don't even play her but that is definitely enough nerfs
vayne's kit isnt a problem. the adc cheap-ass itemization + forced dedictaed support + items made for them is OP.
adcs are op and has been for 7 seasons, we need to make it so they cant completely get rid of thier weakness, which is squishy just because riot loves adcs.
nerf adc itemization, support items, support abilities DESIGNED for adcs, and lifesteal
