Rito please god stop ruining your own game....
Seriously just fire whoever thought of these ryze nerfs. There are already way way way too many low low skill cap champs in this game; why create more? Seriously who gives a crap if the champ has a skill gap in some form or another. Balance the champ around the upper end of the skill gap rather than the lower end. Yes I realize that a majority of the skill gap in ryze's case came from how much ms a player has, and yes that's somewhat stupid but toning down the skill required to play a champ to kid rock level is not the answer.
TL:DR Stop balancing champions around silver-bronze level player experience, and balance for high skill cap players.
